Working Principle
According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed by molecular sieve in a large amount, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase. Under the effect of pressure swing adsorption, nitrogen and oxygen are separated. Adopt double tower or multi tower structure, absorb household oxygen at the same time, desorb and regenerate at the same time, control the opening and closing of pneumatic valve through intelligent program such as PLC, so as to make two or more towers cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.
Air source purification system: high efficiency oil remover, freeze dryer, precision filter, active carbon filter, buffer air tank, etc.
Adsorption separation system: adsorption tower, valve, muffler, control system, pressing device, analytical instrument, base, etc.
Oxygen buffer system: dust fine filter, oxygen storage tank, intelligent vent device, flowmeter, etc.
