CPN PSA nitrogen plant
Based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, the CPN pressure swing adsorption deoxidization equipment uses high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent to obtain nitrogen directly from compressed air.

Working Principle
According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, due to the dynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve is quite different, using oxygen molecules to be adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase, and oxygen nitrogen separation is achieved.
As the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies with the pressure, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, regenerate the carbon molecular sieve and reuse it.
Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, one tower is used for adsorption and nitrogen production, the other tower is used for desorption and regeneration, and the cycle is alternate to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.

◎The equipment uses special dynamic sensors for vibration, powder spraying, pressure breath and other equipment, so as to grasp the dynamic operation of the equipment in real time.
◎Using 4G and 5g IOT “health” monitoring, dynamic real-time query of equipment operation.
System Flow Chart
Gas source purification system: high efficiency oil remover, freeze dryer, precision filter, activated carbon filter, buffer gas tank, etc.
Adsorption separation system: adsorption tower, valve, muffler control system, compression device, analytical instrument, base, etc.
Nitrogen buffer system: dust fine filter, nitrogen gas storage tank intelligent vent device, flowmeter, etc.
