The small-scale nitrogen refrigeration and liquefaction equipment uses the cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigerator as the cooling source, which is compact in structure and can supply liquid nitrogen continuously and conveniently, and can be used as the supply source of small amount of liquid nitrogen in the area.

Working Principle

The small-scale nitrogen refrigeration and liquefaction equipment uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigerator driven by a single compressor with precooling to realize the nitrogen liquefaction (- 180 ℃). The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigerator is based on the regenerative multi-element mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration cycle. From the ambient temperature to the target refrigeration temperature, the multi-element mixed refrigerant composed of high, medium and low boiling point pure components is selected to achieve the relay matching of the effective refrigeration temperature zone of each boiling point component. It is a kind of refrigerator that can effectively achieve the temperature zone of – 40 ~ – 196 ℃.
