QPN-C Carbon nitrogen purification equipment
At a certain temperature, the residual oxygen in nitrogen reacts with the carbon provided by the carbon supported catalyst to oxidize: C + O, the generated Co, is removed by PSA process and dehydrated deeply to obtain high purity nitrogen.
