Working Principles

The dust fine filter is mainly composed of upper cylinder, lower cylinder, filter element assembly, instrument, etc. The compressed air containing dust and water enters the container from the inlet of the filter and passes through the cartridge filter element from the outside to the inside. Under the comprehensive effect of the direct interception, inertial collision, gravity settlement and other filtering mechanisms of the combined filter bed, the small foggy particles are further collected, and the agglomeration is generated in the process of passing through the filter bed. Finally, in the process of gravity settlement of the inner layer, the gas-liquid and dust particles are separated, and the liquid water and dust particles are discharged by the blowdown device.
