Working Principles

The heatless adsorption type compressed air dryer (heatless Absorption Dryer) is a kind of adsorption type drying device. Its function is to remove the moisture in the air through the principle of pressure swing adsorption, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the air. The heatless regeneration dryer can selectively adsorb some components on the porous surface of the adsorbent, adsorbing the water in the air in the adsorbent hole, so as to remove the water in the air. When the adsorbent works for a certain period of time, the adsorbent will reach saturated adsorption equilibrium. It needs to regenerate the adsorbent with dry gas close to atmospheric pressure to restore the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. Because the adsorbent can be adsorbed and recycled, the heatless regeneration dryer can operate continuously, safely and reliably.
